Wine Tasting with Elephants Corner Wines

Join us February 7th for our first wine tasting of the year. Our host for the evening will be Elephants Corner Wines. ECW specializes in wines from South Africa. We'll be tasting wines from Stellenbosch, which is the most famous wine-producing region in South Africa and Franschhoek, the Coastal Region of Western Cape, South Africa.

Chamonix Cab Franc - Rich and intense red.

Clarington Merlot - A juicy and balanced finish with soft, round tannins. On the aftertaste lingers memories of delicate spices and ripe berries.

Clarington Unwooded Chardonnay - Crisp, ripe peach, green apple, vanilla

Buffelsfontein Pinotage - A distinctive flavor profile consisting of an array of flowers, Cape fynbos, red berries, cherries and spices.

Buffelsfontein Steen (Chenin Blanc) - Delicious and refreshing.
